Tony is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with a sub specialty in Corporations Law. He has a decade of experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes often involving multiple parties and litigation in the State and Federal Courts of Australia.

Tony is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with considerable big firm experience working both autonomously and as part of a large team on multi-million dollar, complex commercial disputes.

He has an active practice advising high net wealth individuals with all aspects of their business dealings and a keen interest in legal issues arising from the financial services industry including investigations by ASIC and white-collar crime prosecutions.

He also has experience representing liquidators including insolvency appointments arising from the financial services and building and construction industries.

Tony regularly advises clients in relation to financial services issues and Corporations Act claims, contractual claims, trade practices, torts, negligence, debt recovery and insolvency appointments.

Qualifications

Tony is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, with a sub specialty in Corporations Law.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle. Tony has also completed the ARITA Insolvency Education Program obtaining an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.

Tony is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and of the High Court of Australia and has practiced in Victoria for a number of years.
