Christa is an Associate Solicitor who works across both our Business & Workplace and Private Wealth & Estates Teams and the firm record holder for client testimonials and Google Reviews.

She represents both individuals and businesses in relation to a broad range of commercial and property transactions, including buying and selling of businesses, commercial and retail leases, and buying and selling residential and commercial properties.

Christa also assists clients in relation to their Wills & Estate Planning needs and the Administration of Deceased Estates.

She enjoys working with high-net worth individuals, business owners, and mums and dads to help them understand and manage issues impacting on their Estate Planning including in relation to asset structuring, wealth and asset protection, taxation planning, Superannuation, business succession planning, family discretionary trusts and Wills creating testamentary trusts.

Having joined Roberts Crosbie Mortensen in 2017 she is an invaluable member of our team and high regarded by her colleagues for her exceptional attention to detail and client relationship management.

Christa is committed to assisting clients feel comfortable and supported. She achieves this by being accessible to her clients and providing a high level of both written and verbal communication.

Christa guides her clients every step of the way whether it be throughout their transaction, the implementation of their Estate Plans or the administration of a loved one’s estate.

Qualifications

Christa attended the University of New England in Armidale and University of West Georgia in the US. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology in October 2018. Christ was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2020.
