Amanda is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law. She supports directors and principals in a variety of industries, including the professional services, construction and health industries. With a high percentage of referral business Amanda has built a long list of repeat clients and a reputation for providing exceptional legal advice that is timely, commercial, practical and effective.

She acts as a virtual in-house Counsel to a number of growing businesses across NSW where she provides on demand advice and assistance in relation to drafting and negotiating agreements, transactions, risk management, enterprise growth, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution and insolvency.

About Amanda

Amanda is a Director, Team Lead of our Corporate & Commercial Team and an Accredited Specialist in Business Law. She acts as Virtual In-House Counsel for a number of established and growing SMEs.

Amanda graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2010 with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Bachelor of Finance. She was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2011.
