Felicity specialises in resolving complex commercial, construction and intellectual property disputes for businesses throughout New South Wales. She also represents claimants in relation to professional negligence claims against Lawyers, Accountants and other professionals.

Felicity also regularly advises on the preparation and implementation of commercial agreements, trade mark applications and the provisions of legislation including the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act, Home Building Act, Corporations Act and Trade Marks Act.

She is highly skilled in providing practical advice and in representing her clients both in informal negotiations, and in proceedings in the District Court, Local Court, Supreme Court and NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal should proceedings become necessary.

Felicity has over 17 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She joined Roberts Crosbie Mortensen in December 2014 and is now a Special Counsel in the Commercial Litigation and Building & Construction teams at Roberts Legal. She has a particular focus on assisting clients with their commercial litigation, building and construction, intellectual property and professional negligence disputes. Felicity prides herself on advising and assisting clients to assess commercial risks and best resolve disputes .

Felicity comes from a background of acting for major insurers and companies, and brings this unique perspective and insight to her work at Roberts Crosbie Mortensen.

Felicity holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Newcastle. She also holds a Diploma of Legal Practice and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Felicity was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2005 and of the High Court of Australia in 2011.
