Blake is a Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team with a focus on building and construction disputes, helping clients navigate complex contractual issues across a variety of courts and tribunals.

Blake has practiced in Commercial Litigation matters since admission as a Solicitor. He regularly advises clients in relation to the enforcement of statutory warranties under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW), recovery of payment claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW), complex contracts and a variety of commercial disputes.

He is passionate about the law and has developed valuable insights and practical skills through hands-on litigation experience including matters in the New South Wales Civil & Administrative Tribunal, District Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Blake has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Diploma of Legal Practice and Bachelor of Commerce with a Finance Major from the University of Newcastle.

Blake is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
